Job Description: Senior Business Systems Analyst performs Gap analysis to streamline business processes; holds JAD requirement sessions with SMEs, captures system and business requirements and documents business rules; uses Agile methodologies to administer projects and SharePoint to streamline business processes; presents project status to management; manages change requests and deadlines for project implementations; maintains databases, develops and test stored procedures and designs model and case diagrams on queries/reports in SQL; creates and maintains user/technical documentation for new developments and process improvements;trains users in MRI Property Management Accounting software; answers technical and accounting queries; identifies issues and maintains issue log; identifies and resolves database or network related problems; develops test plans and cases for System Integration Testing & User Acceptance Testing; co-ordinates UAT for upgrades and new releases; tests functionality of software for Disaster Recovery Planning sites; and co-ordinates staging of applications on Citrix.
Job Requirments: Requires bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or related major) or equivalent based on any suitable combination of education, training, or experience plus 2 years experience in the job offered.
